With a background spanning complex financial transaction structuring, capital markets, and investment analysis, Adam founded Boxport to solve a problem he identified as both persistent and underserved — the cash flow gap that exists between LC issuance and payment clearance in cross-border commodity trade.
 

Boxport operates with institutional capital backing and works with established importers and exporters on transactions of $5M and above across global commodity markets.
 

Adam is based in New York City.
